The story
SHE WAS TOLD WOMEN DON'T RIDE. SO SHE RODE AROUND THE WORLD.
Maral Yazarloo grew up in Iran, where women are not permitted to ride motorcycles. In March 2017 she set out from India on Ride To Be One — eighteen months, seven continents, sixty-four countries, no support team, no backup vehicle.
She rode the final six months pregnant, married at Machu Picchu along the route, and came home as one of the first three women ever to ride all seven continents — named to the BBC's 100 Women while still on the road.
