One case, seven continents
I crossed 64 countries with what fitted on a motorcycle. You have more room than I did.
What I would keep
A palette of three colours, two shoes, one layer that handles weather and evenings.
What I would change
The 'just in case' pile. It is always the pile you never open.
Why
Packing well is not restriction. It is deciding in advance so that you never have to decide again while tired.
Eighteen months on the road taught me the discipline that now shapes every capsule I build: every piece must work with every other piece, or it does not come.
That single rule eliminates most of what people pack. The shirt that only works with one pair of trousers is not a shirt, it is a liability. The shoes that only suit one dinner are a whole outfit's worth of weight for one hour.
Three colours, chosen so that any top meets any bottom. Two pairs of shoes, one of which you can walk a city in. One layer that is honest about the weather and good enough for dinner. That is a fortnight, and it fits.
The luxury is not more options. It is arriving somewhere and not thinking about it at all.
